The spirit of fear comes from God's enemy.
The power comes from the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8).
Love is the first fruit of the Spirit mentioned in Gal. 5:22.
The sound mind is self-control, which comes from God being in control, which is also the last fruit of the Spirit in Gal. 5:22.
